Before we recommend a repair, we identify why the roof failed in the first place. Sometimes the repair is straightforward. Sometimes the visible leak is only a symptom of a larger issue.

We don't recommend replacing a roof that can be repaired. Likewise, we won't recommend a repair if we don't believe it will provide a lasting solution. Our responsibility is to recommend what we would recommend if it were our own home.
